Good News...

We have good news. Timmy does have Mrs. Rogers for his first year of school! She and her husband decided to stay here for now. I feel so much better now. Also, I am going to be the room mom and I can't wait. I will get to plan the parties and I plan on helping in the room also, probably once a week. Terry reminded me last night that this was Timmy's 1st day of school, not mine! I was that excited...
Well, today is Wednesday and it has been an okay week. Aunt Flo is here this week and I have been ill until the good news yesterday! The weather has been yucky so we haven't been able to go to the beach or the water park. I originally had planned to go to Frank Brown yesterday but not with the weather like it is. So we went to the arcade and ate lunch at the mall. Today I really don't have plans, we have one errand to run that I can think of. Anyway, we'll think of something Well, everyone have a very blessed day...

Good Morning...

Well, we went to Frank Brown park on Tuesday and Timmy had a blast. Timmy ran into one of the boys in his swim lessons class so that was fun for him. He is swimming so good now! I am really proud. It took two sets of lessons but hey, he can swim! Yesterday we went grocery shopping and then we went to the arcade and ate lunch at the mall. We had a good time. He even opened my door for me! And boy did he take a good nap, he was tired! We went over to Gramma's and visited after she got off work and we enjoyed that. Well, today I am cleaning mom and dad's.

We found out yesterday that Timmy did have Mrs. Rogers until she resigned from teaching. Her husband is going to another country and she is going too! I am going to miss Timmy having her as a teacher but totally understand. They are in the process of hiring a new teacher! I am able to pray but I am having a hard time letting it go! So please pray for me... :-)

Productive day!

Today was a very productive day! I am actually pretty tired. I went to the gym this morning and then finished all the house cleaning. Usually I finish everything but the vacuuming and the mopping, but today it is all done Whoo-hoo! Now it leaves the rest of the week to run any errands we have and play with Timmy. I hope to go to Frank Brown park tomorrow. We didn't go last week so Timmy(and momma) are having withdraws...I hope the weather cooperates. Well now that I know how to add multiple pictures there will be much more of them. We should be hearing from his teacher this week so I will update when we find out??? Have a great afternoon :-)

Much better week....

Well, this week is much better that last week. I am actually getting pretty excited about Timmy starting kindergarten. I found out that on the 1st day, Monday we have an orientation from 8:15-10:00 and then we are done. That day he meets his teacher. Then on Tuesday or Wednesday he will go to school and on the 4th day Thursday will be a regular day. He is pretty excited. We went Tuesday and got his school supplies and uniforms. He is already playing with one of his notebooks and telling us it is his homework! We will find out next week who his teacher is??? I am hoping for one but have heard they are all good.
Today we copied Terry's sermon cd's, ran to Walgreens, the cleaners, Target for a backpack and the gym. Well, I guess I'll go for now, if I was in your prayers last week I thank you very much!

Emotional week!

Well, I have to say that I am not having a good week so far. School starting is getting closer, 27 days away counting today. I feel like such a goof for being this emotional about it but I can't help it. He is our baby and it has flew by! When people tell you to enjoy them they grow up fast, believe them they are right! We still need to get his school clothes and school supplies so I think when we do that it will be fun, he can also pick out his backpack. Well this is all I have for today, please say a pray for me, I don't want Timmy to pick up on how I feel. He already knows but I want to get over this feeling!

Busy week....

Well where do I start. Last week was a busy one. We went out to eat at Outback for Timmy's birthday with Grandpa Terry and Papa & Gramma. Tuesday was Timothy's actual birthday and he got to open his present early that morning and then we had lunch with Gramma at Mosley. By the way we also had swim lessons M-TH at 11:00. Wednesday at church they had cupcakes for his birthday and sang happy birthday. Then on Friday we surprised Timmy with Terry being off and going to Shipwreck Island. And then finally we had his party on Saturday and he had a blast. So we have been a little busy lately. This week is pretty low key. I have some appointments everyday except Thursday, but that is okay. Today we took the blazer in for a few thing that needed to be fixed, it is still under warranty so that is nice. So Timmy and I are stranded here at the house!
I am okay about Timmy turning 6. I know he has to grow up but I can't help thinking he should be still 2 or 3 years old. Time flies too fast for me. I have been in a blah mood lately, last week mostly because he was turning 6 and starting school in a little over a month, my gosh they are all so close together. Long time since a post...

Hello! Wow it has been awhile since my last post. We left on the 29th for Mississippi to see my grandparents and we also visited with my cousin and her little boy. We left on the 30th and drove to my cousin's new house and Will and Timmy had a blast playing together. We went shopping Monday afternoon and then we ate at an awesome Mexican restaurant called Cinco De Mayo. I was a little stingy with my chips! I ended up finding a great price on Timmy's party stuff (napkins, balloons, silverware) So Tuesday we headed back to my grandmother's and put away some peas and butterbeans. My grandpa has a farm with lots of veggies. I got to have some home grown fried okra. Thursday we headed to Meridian and went to Belk's and then to the mall and of course to Cracker Barrell for brunch. We headed back to PC on Friday morning. I enjoyed my visit but at the same time wanted to be home. I really wish I lived closer to my grandmother but that is just not possible. I just cherish the time we do have together.

Well Timmy has started his second round of swim lessons, he is doing much better knowing the material ahead of time. We have that M-Th @ 11:00 for two weeks. Well I go for now, I hope all is well with your families...
