Today is the day...

I am breathing a lot better thanlast night. I had another meltdown which wasn't too bad. I really needed to go work out this morning but I skipped it for today. Tomorrow it is on! I keep having tightening of my chest, it feels like anxiety. Today is going to be a good day! I AM going to think about the good things that we've done and are going to do in his life! He is a wonderful boy and I know he will successed at the school! Enough of the negative.

My wonderful husband just called and I am so thankful for him and his positive personality! He is a great man and father. He is our glue! Well, everyone keep praying for our family and know we are all loved so much by our creator! :-) SMILE it's contagious!

Getting ready for the 1st day of school...

Well, I usually don't post this often but I really need to today. Tomorrow is the 1st day of 1st grade! Wow, it is hard to believe this summer is already over. Today we went out to Frank Brown Park and had a nice time, Timmy played in the water, went down the blue slide and jumped off the diving board. Which jumping off the diving board was the best part! I am so anxious about tomorrow, I have PLENTY to do around the house since I haven't cleaned for this week yet so that is on my agenda and getting my toenails painted is the other. Which one will come 1st??? I am certainly going to the gym and now that Timmy won't be with me I can work out a little more! For some reason I am not worried about Timmy It think he will adjust well at his new school. He was fine Monday at orientation. Which that makes me feel better. Well i guess that is all I have to say and please say a prayer for me for tomorrow!

6 more days left....

Well the countdown continues. Sometimes I wish I could stop time but I know that is impossible. We have 6 days till school starts and I am feeling the anxiety! I don't know what it is but Timmy starting school gets to me every year. He is my little man and he just keeps on growing up on me! I am excited about him starting North Bay Haven this year. I think he is excited and a little apprehensive about a new school. he did great last year and I am sure it will be the same this year. Enough about the sad stuff.

Today we went to Steve and Michelle condo (Laketown Wharf) and Timmy swam and I layed out. I did end up getting in the pool 3 or 4 times though! We have had a fun week so far. Monday it rained so we didn't do too much. Tuesday we went to Frank Brown Park. Wednesday we went to the Grand theater and watched Over the Hedge and ate lunch at Chick-fil-a. Tomorrow I am cleaning mom and dad's house and then I don't know what we will do!
Well I guess I need to go for now, we need to do some reading and write in his journal!
Tomorrow is Maddie's(our little pug) birthday, it is her 1st birthday so we are making confetti cupcakes with strawberry icing. I am also making a trip to the Dollar tree to get party hats! We are going to have fun with that tomorrow! Have a great afternoon!

14 days of summer left...

Well where do I start...the Open House wasn't has successful as we wanted but there was one lady pretty interested. She hasn't called back though. We will just keep having them until it does sell! Our Realtor has been out of town for a few weeks but I think she should be back next week.

We had Timmy's birthday party last weekend. We had a waterslide, hot dogs and chips, capri suns and Pepsi-Cola's! He had a great time with his friends. Planning for a party goes a lot smother than it used too. I think after doing it for 7 years you get the hang of it. I can't believe he is 7 years old! Time is flying by! For Timmy's birthday he got some gift cards and a lot of money so we headed to the Target on the beach Monday after I cleaned most of the house. He got a new Nerf gun, Iron Man 2 car, Ben 10 movie and a pack of Backugans. She spent $50 something dollars. He still has a $20 gift card to Target, a $25 gift card to ToysRus, and $72 left

We went to the library yesterday and got some new books. The books I turned in yesterday were 14 days late so I have a late fee of $7 and some change. That makes me made! We read two books yesterday. It is like pulling teeth to get him to read. He gets frustrated when he doesn't know the words. I am trying really hard to be patient! Well we have 14 days of summer left, it makes me sad. Timmy and I have a thing going on, we stay up late and watch a movie or TV show. We'll have to get back to going to bed around 8 or 8:30. We are going to see Despicable Me at the Grand Theater at Pier Park this afternoon. Well I guess I'll go for now have a great

Enjoying this summer...

We are having a busy summer! We went to Jacksonville a few weeks ago and visited with Terry's mom and step dad, they are so nice. I ate way more than I should have. She made a strawberry cake to die for! Me and his mom got pedicures while we were there. We took both our dogs, Maddie and Prissy. Maddie stayed in the back with Timmy and Prissy stayed in her kennel bed in the back. They all got along with their dogs, Molly and Mugsy (they are both pugs)The last day we ate lunch at a wonderful Mexican restaurant, I was stuffed! Oh! the coolest part, they got a new pool put in this winter and Timmy got to swim a lot. Molly loves to jump into Abbie's(terry's mom) arms. It was so funny, it was like a kid!
They have 4 more weeks till school starts with Timmy starting a new school I am a little nervous. He has some words he needs to recognize, read some more books, and make 5 journal entries. I am really excited about his new school year and hopefully will be the room mom again this year! Well I am going to go for now, Mom and Timmy are coming over to do some cleaning, we are selling our house and we have an open house tomorrow! Say a prayer please!

Summer Time...

Wow, Good morning! Summer time is finally here, Yea! We are having fun. I try to take Timmy to the beach at least once a week. sometimes we will go to the Frank Brown Water park too. I don't think we will this week. The plan, weather permitting we will go out to the beach and Uncle Steve and Aunt Shell' s pool today and then to Grandpa Terry's pool on Friday. We've been to the library together once which was Monday. Well this is a short one today. Everyone have a great day! Here are a few pictures too.

End of the year...

Good morning or almost afternoon! It has been too long since I last blogged. We are good. I am trying to keep our house cleaner or straighten up more. I usually clean on Mondays but I have been trying to vacuum and pick up more often. Terry is good he is calling a big game tonight at Rutherford but it is supposed to be on TV so we will be watching it from afar on the couch. Church is keeping us on our toes. We stayed last Sat. night for a graduation birthday party for two of our youth. This Sat night we are staying up there for 5th Sunday breakfast! Which is yummy!

Timmy is almost finished with school. He gets out on the 8th of June. They are having there play and party on Fri the 4th of June. Next week is fun week, they are out for Memorial Day and then everyday they bring something from home to share with the other kids. I just can't believe he has finished K-5. It seem like yesterday was his 1st day! I got very emotional in the car after I dropped him off. He doesn't want me to give him a kiss inside the classroom! It is so sad for me but I don't want him to see me cry Life is hard sometimes but I need to remind myself of the fun thing we have to look forward to as he grows up. I am looking forward to going to the beach and the water park this summer and Timmy is so ready! Well, I'll go for now. Hopefully it won't take me so long to blog...
