What a busy time of the year...

Wow! It has been a while since I blogged....we have been busy getting ready for Christmas and getting ready for Timmy's Christmas party at school and him being out of school for two weeks! We are on our second week off. About the Christmas party, it turned out really good. We had the cutest snowmen made of donut holes! I will post a picture. We had the snowmen donuts and breakfast casserole which all of it was yummy! We have been going over to mom and dad's in the morning and I was totally motivated last week to exercise and this week I have been a dud! I have had intentions the past two days but haven't made it to the gym! Next week starts my goal of lossing 15 lbs.! I think I can, I think I can! Christmas was great, not just for all the wonderful presents but also for all the time we have had with family. We had Christmas brunch at Mom and Dad's and then eat we ate Christmas night at our house with my in-laws! And then Saturday we had everyone over again! We had a great time... I hope everyone has a Happy New Year in case I don't blog before then!

Fun weekend...

This past weekend was a blast! Me, Terry, and two other friends from Buffalo Rock went to the SEC Championship game in Atlanta. Dr. Pepper sponsored it and Terry won a package that included our tickets, hotel, and food for most of our meals. They had a party on Friday night with food at the Georgia Aquarium. That was the most amazing place. Then Saturday morning they had a buffet breakfast and then Fanfare where they had all different companies that had booths and you could get free stuff! I had my picture made with the Mor Chickin guy/girl. I will post pictures. Our hotel was connected to the CNN building and they had a lot of shops and food places in there. We got Timmy a Braves Chipper Jones jersey, which he loved. And we both got a shirt. The game was awesome, not just because my team won but it was a nice stadium! We got home around 1:30 or 1:45 on Sunday afternoon. It was nice to get away but we were glad to see Timmy and the dogs! My mom was so nice to keep Timmy and our two dogs. Well yesterday it was back to reality, I cleaned the house actually I got everything done yesterday which leaves me plenty of time to do some wrapping! I can't put the present under the tree yet, Maddie will get them! Talk to ya soon :-)

Flew by...

Good morning! Wow, last week flew by. I really enjoyed having Timmy with me last week and we spent a lot of time at Gramma's too. Thanksgiving was great. We had lunch at Mom and Dad's and of course I ate too much! Then that night we got together with the other side of my family. We talked and of course laughed a lot. We drew our names for Christmas which was fun. I am almost totally done with Christmas shopping. I have some more stocking stuff to get and that is it! Whoa, that feels good! This week has been good so far, Monday we had a viewing to go to and then yesterday I cleaned the house, the only cleaning I have to do today is the floor! I am helping in Timmy's classroom and taking a toy back to Target! Well I need to get that toy out of my closet before a little someone gets up! Talk to ya soon...

Slowing down...for now!

Good morning! We had a busy week last week and this past weekend. Wednesday, started our Revival at on of the churches in Grand Ridge. Terry had meetings in Birmingham and he was gone Tuesday and Wednesday night. We picked him up at the 231 exit and then headed to Grand Ridge for the Revival on Thursday night. And it was at our church on Friday night. Then early Sat. morning me, Timmy and my mom headed to Grand Bay(right outside of Mobile) to my cousin's baby shower. It was a lot of fun. We did a little shopping/looking before the shower and ate lunch at O'Charley's. So we were stuffed when we got to the shore. Timmy had a ball playing with the neighbor kids in the woods and on there trampoline. So then, we meet Terry at the Hardee's on 231 and we headed to Sneads to spend the night and then Sunday went to church! Whoa! Oh, I almost for got abut Timmy's PowWow on Friday, it was adorable! They sang so good and had speaking parts they did an awesome job! I will post some pictures.This week Timmy is out of school all week which is nice and Terry is going to be off the day after Thanksgiving too! I have most of my Christmas shopping done so that is a good thing! Well I am taking Timmy to Chick-fil-a today, this will be his 1st time in 2 1/2 months(since school started). He is so excited!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Wow, I haven't blogged in a while. Things are going good . This is a very busy time of the year and it just keeps getting busier. Timothy has his Pow Wow this Friday and his class is in charge of cookies. So I made the calls to the other parents to bring cookies. I usually help in his room on Wed. but tomorrow they are practicing for the Pow Wow so I am not needed, which worked out good because a I am meeting a friend and am going to workout 1st thing! I am finally getting used to the new elliptical machines at the gym. Me and Timmy are headed to Grand Ridge tomorrow afternoon, he has the Christmas play practice at 5:30. The Shady Grove community is having a Revival that starts tomorrow night at 6:30 and it ends at our church on Friday night. Well I am starting to get tired so I think I need to call it a night! Sleep tight...

Happy Halloween!!!

Wow! Time flies when you are having fun. This week as flown by. With getting ready for Timmy's Halloween party at school and getting ready for Halloween itself. Our church is having a Trunk or Treat Sat night, so we are going to stay in Marianna that night. We are also decorating our trunk of the Trailblazer in Star Wars. Timmy is going to be Superman for Halloween and we are going to be people from Star Wars movies. I just came home from Timmy's class party and they ahd a ball. They played a game and then had their snacks!!! It was a lot of fun.

We are back!!!

Oh, we had a great time on our vacation. We went on a 4 night Disney cruise. It was absolutely awesome. We went to the Bahamas and then to Castaway Cay(Disney's private island). In the Bahamas we went to the straw market, the Hard Rock cafe and then to some other shops around.On Castaway Cay we laid out on the beach, Timmy and Terry played in the water and we had a good barbecue provided by the ship. Every day Timmy and Terry would take their naps and I would go workout. It was very different walking on the treadmill and looking at the beautiful blue ocean. Every time we went back to our room in the evening we had a cute animal made with towels. And of course some candy on the bed. It was great.

When we got off the ship on Thursday morning we headed to Jacksonville to see Terry's mom and step dad for a few days. We ended up getting a new puppy on Friday the 2nd she is a black pug and she is 9 weeks old. She is the cutest thing. Abbie (Terry's mom) and I went to get pedicures on Thursday afternoon and it was wonderful! So then we headed to Marianna on Saturday morning to spend the night and then we had church on Sunday morning. Maddie is the puppy's name and she is doing good. We had some pooping issues but she is doing much better the past two days. She whines a lot when we leave so I picked up a baby gate at the local consignment shop so hopefully it will help her. She is put up when we are gone from the house. Well I will try to post some pictures and everyone have a great afternoon and weekend!!!

Here we come!

This has been a busy week especially mentally! I helped in Timmy's room for the 1st time on Wednesday. I had fun, I helped with there project! This week is the letter "B" so they made "B"ee hats. The were cute. Timmy had a doctors appt yesterday for his well check. They gave him the flue mist instead of the shot! But he did have to get one Hepatitis A shot in the leg! It hurt him but he didn't cry much at all. He is such a big boy! Braver than me!
So with packing and getting ready for our vacation I am exhausted thinking of the things we might forget! This morning I had a rough time getting everything straight in my mind. I had to find the emergency contact info which the travel agency has been wonderful with all my silly little questions! I guess they are not silly since this is our firist one! Well everyone have a nice weekend and week and I'll be back on the 4th of Oct. See ya... =)

Where have I been...

Good morning! Today is a great day even though it is raining and has been raining off and on all week! Well I'll start with last week, it was a good one. Timmy's school had Open House and Terry got to see his classroom and see Mrs. Rogers. Friday night Terry, Me, Heather and Jeremy went to see Kenny Chesney in Tallahassee. He was great! We ate at Mellow Mushroom and it was delicious. Saturday was my grandmother's 82nd birthday and she is still going strong! She is amazing.
This week has been good I got most of my cleaning done on Monday, all but vacuuming and mopping so I finished on Tuesday. Tuesday night Terry and I had a viewing to go to in Grand Ridge and then the funeral on Wednesday. I came on back home and Terry stayed up there through Wednesday night. There was no since in me driving home to pick Timmy up from school and then drive back to Grand Ridge so Timmy and I stayed here. Terry had a long day and was pretty tired. He'll sleep good tonight! So today I went grocery shopping and need to pick up laundry at the cleaners. Sam's is on my list but am dreading it so I don't know when I'll get there. Our cruise date is getting closer, I want to start packing this weekend or Monday. Timmy still doesn't know anything about it so it is hard to start packing! Well God is good...all the time. New day...

"TODAY IS A NEW DAY AND IT IS GOING TO BE A GOOD ONE!" That is my quote for the day...Well this morning has been much better than week. Last week was a little blur with tears but not today! I went and worked out this morning and I think that helped me a lot. It has been so long I only worked out on the Octane elliptical for 25 minutes and then worked out my legs and arms. Now I am in the process of cleaning. I am taking a break. I am also trying real hard to watch my calories this next few weeks before our cruise. I have 2 two pieces that I would like to wear if I stick to good eating habits! I try to keep each meal 300 calories except breakfast, I just can't eat it most days. Timmy said he didn't want to go to school today but I know it is just because it is Monday. Him and Terry worked on his homework last night, they were so cute. He even learned how to spell a word last week "RED". I was so proud! He is going to learn so much this year, I can't wait to see what he learns this week! Well, I just have to mop and I get to use my new shark steam mop that my parents got me for my birthday! I am so excited!

Rough week...

Well sorry I didn't get back to you Monday afternoon. This has been a very tiring week. Tuesday was the worst I couldn't stop crying. Every time I thought of Timmy being in kindergarten I would cry. Wednesday he was home with me again so it started again yesterday. I am hoping that Monday will be good and there will be no more tears. I think having a full week of him going to school will help me. I haven't worked out this week which is not good. It is such a stress reliever for me and I have plenty of time to workout and then come home and shower and still run errands. I don't know what it is about your child starting "BIG" school but it hits me in the heart! Well today has been productive, I almost forgot about cleaning my mom & dad's. so I ran over there and cleaned, came home and worked on the CD's for church, vacuumed and I also watched our video on the cruise, it was nice. I think we are going to let Timmy watch it and tell him about the cruise itself. We have a month from yesterday!! I am really excited about it. We all need a vacation, especially Terry! Orientation

Well, today is orientation from 8-10 this morning. I am sure he wil do well, I am the one that may not. I can't believe this day is here for him to start kindergarten. I don't want to say anything derogatory about it at all, so I tired not to talk about it this past weekend. So please say a prayer for him, me, Mrs. Rogers and all the staff at Lynn Haven Elem. I will update this afternoon...

WOW. I can't believe I am blogging 2 days in a row. Anyway, yesterday was a good day. We ended up eating lunch at Luigi B' Gi's (wrong spelling) , it is an Italian restaurant that my sister-n-law USED to work at. We thought she still did. But of course Timmy still wanted to eat there. Right now I am trying to get awake with my coffee but it hasn't kicked in yet. Last night was a good night at church. We watched our Beth Moore video for this week and got our work sheets. My goal is to finish it all! Terry had to meet with a couple so Timmy and I went over to one of the couples house that are so nice to invite us. We pout a puzzle together and have a good time, broke one of the pieces but it was still good. We both wanted to put the last piece of puzzle down! It was so funny :-)
Timmy is so competitive which is good but also can be challenging sometimes. I guess I need to finish my coffee and get dressed, ready to hit the grocery stores...Have a blessed day!

Good News...

We have good news. Timmy does have Mrs. Rogers for his first year of school! She and her husband decided to stay here for now. I feel so much better now. Also, I am going to be the room mom and I can't wait. I will get to plan the parties and I plan on helping in the room also, probably once a week. Terry reminded me last night that this was Timmy's 1st day of school, not mine! I was that excited...
Well, today is Wednesday and it has been an okay week. Aunt Flo is here this week and I have been ill until the good news yesterday! The weather has been yucky so we haven't been able to go to the beach or the water park. I originally had planned to go to Frank Brown yesterday but not with the weather like it is. So we went to the arcade and ate lunch at the mall. Today I really don't have plans, we have one errand to run that I can think of. Anyway, we'll think of something Well, everyone have a very blessed day...

Good Morning...

Well, we went to Frank Brown park on Tuesday and Timmy had a blast. Timmy ran into one of the boys in his swim lessons class so that was fun for him. He is swimming so good now! I am really proud. It took two sets of lessons but hey, he can swim! Yesterday we went grocery shopping and then we went to the arcade and ate lunch at the mall. We had a good time. He even opened my door for me! And boy did he take a good nap, he was tired! We went over to Gramma's and visited after she got off work and we enjoyed that. Well, today I am cleaning mom and dad's.

We found out yesterday that Timmy did have Mrs. Rogers until she resigned from teaching. Her husband is going to another country and she is going too! I am going to miss Timmy having her as a teacher but totally understand. They are in the process of hiring a new teacher! I am able to pray but I am having a hard time letting it go! So please pray for me... :-)

Productive day!

Today was a very productive day! I am actually pretty tired. I went to the gym this morning and then finished all the house cleaning. Usually I finish everything but the vacuuming and the mopping, but today it is all done Whoo-hoo! Now it leaves the rest of the week to run any errands we have and play with Timmy. I hope to go to Frank Brown park tomorrow. We didn't go last week so Timmy(and momma) are having withdraws...I hope the weather cooperates. Well now that I know how to add multiple pictures there will be much more of them. We should be hearing from his teacher this week so I will update when we find out??? Have a great afternoon :-)

Much better week....

Well, this week is much better that last week. I am actually getting pretty excited about Timmy starting kindergarten. I found out that on the 1st day, Monday we have an orientation from 8:15-10:00 and then we are done. That day he meets his teacher. Then on Tuesday or Wednesday he will go to school and on the 4th day Thursday will be a regular day. He is pretty excited. We went Tuesday and got his school supplies and uniforms. He is already playing with one of his notebooks and telling us it is his homework! We will find out next week who his teacher is??? I am hoping for one but have heard they are all good.
Today we copied Terry's sermon cd's, ran to Walgreens, the cleaners, Target for a backpack and the gym. Well, I guess I'll go for now, if I was in your prayers last week I thank you very much!

Emotional week!

Well, I have to say that I am not having a good week so far. School starting is getting closer, 27 days away counting today. I feel like such a goof for being this emotional about it but I can't help it. He is our baby and it has flew by! When people tell you to enjoy them they grow up fast, believe them they are right! We still need to get his school clothes and school supplies so I think when we do that it will be fun, he can also pick out his backpack. Well this is all I have for today, please say a pray for me, I don't want Timmy to pick up on how I feel. He already knows but I want to get over this feeling!

Busy week....

Well where do I start. Last week was a busy one. We went out to eat at Outback for Timmy's birthday with Grandpa Terry and Papa & Gramma. Tuesday was Timothy's actual birthday and he got to open his present early that morning and then we had lunch with Gramma at Mosley. By the way we also had swim lessons M-TH at 11:00. Wednesday at church they had cupcakes for his birthday and sang happy birthday. Then on Friday we surprised Timmy with Terry being off and going to Shipwreck Island. And then finally we had his party on Saturday and he had a blast. So we have been a little busy lately. This week is pretty low key. I have some appointments everyday except Thursday, but that is okay. Today we took the blazer in for a few thing that needed to be fixed, it is still under warranty so that is nice. So Timmy and I are stranded here at the house!
I am okay about Timmy turning 6. I know he has to grow up but I can't help thinking he should be still 2 or 3 years old. Time flies too fast for me. I have been in a blah mood lately, last week mostly because he was turning 6 and starting school in a little over a month, my gosh they are all so close together. Long time since a post...

Hello! Wow it has been awhile since my last post. We left on the 29th for Mississippi to see my grandparents and we also visited with my cousin and her little boy. We left on the 30th and drove to my cousin's new house and Will and Timmy had a blast playing together. We went shopping Monday afternoon and then we ate at an awesome Mexican restaurant called Cinco De Mayo. I was a little stingy with my chips! I ended up finding a great price on Timmy's party stuff (napkins, balloons, silverware) So Tuesday we headed back to my grandmother's and put away some peas and butterbeans. My grandpa has a farm with lots of veggies. I got to have some home grown fried okra. Thursday we headed to Meridian and went to Belk's and then to the mall and of course to Cracker Barrell for brunch. We headed back to PC on Friday morning. I enjoyed my visit but at the same time wanted to be home. I really wish I lived closer to my grandmother but that is just not possible. I just cherish the time we do have together.

Well Timmy has started his second round of swim lessons, he is doing much better knowing the material ahead of time. We have that M-Th @ 11:00 for two weeks. Well I go for now, I hope all is well with your families...

This is the day that the Lord has made.....

Good morning! Yesterday we tried to go to Frank Brown water park but the kiddie pool was closed. So we came home, Timmy wasn't feeling well anyway and I cleaned. That is what I should have been doing anyway on Mondays. But we have a fun day planned ahead. We are going to call Frank Brown and see if the kiddie pool is open, if it isn't we are going to the jetty's(state park) Terry said I could get a pass for there so I am excited! I told Timmy we would go over to the gulf side and play some. He loves the rocks and of course they make me nervous! I just love the beach and water. I'm not sure what I'd do if we lived somewhere else, it is just beautiful.

I am starting to get a little nervous about him starting school. We still have 2 months but this summer is flying by this year. Usually it just creeps along. I called yesterday to find out what Lynn Haven's colors were for Timmy's shirts. I know he has to grow up but it is still hard for me. In the last month he has learned to ride his bike without training wheels and he knows how to tie his shoe too. I helped him with his bike and Terry taught him to tie his shoes. It is nice to share responsibility. Well, I guess I'll go for now everyone have a great day :-)

Yeah! Tomorrow is Friday.......

Good morning. I am up bright and early today. I actually woke up with my alarm clock. I try to get at least one cup of coffee in before Timmy wakes up. I try too. Today is the last day of swim lessons, Timmy has done great but he won't pass the level II to move to Level III. I want to put him in again but the class starts on the 22nd and he would miss the week of the 29th since we are leaving for Mississippi for the week. I don't know!

Anyway I think Timmy is having a fun summer. We went to Grandpa Terry's pool on Monday and Wednesday and on Tuesday we went to the beach with some friends. Timmy caught a hermit crab in his friends net too. He loves the rocks, they make me nervous. I don't know what we will do in Mississippi with no beach! Well I guess I'll go for now. What a great week...

Well, today we are headed back to Swim lessons. Timmy is taking them at the college this time. They are very nice and it is for 2 weeks, we are on the 3rd day of week 1. He is doing great. He can go under the water without hacking and coughing! We are going to stay after the lessons and swim a little. He is so excited about it. We went to Grandpa Terry and Grandma Kim's on Monday after the lessons.

We are having VBS at Shady Grove this week. Last night was the 1st night. It was fun. I handle one of the movies that they watch. And I have the same groups throughout the week. There was one little boy that was so sweet, he just talked and talked. I am starting on Timmy's birthday party. I don't like to have last minute things to do so I am starting now. Actually it is only a month and a half away. We are having it the weekend after is birthday. His birthday falls on a Tues. this year. He is already excited about it!
Well I guess I'll go for now have a great day and remeber to smile :-)

Busy Bees!

We have been busy bees and the summer and it just started last week. I clean house our house on Mondays(most of the time) and this week I actually finished everything in one day! Go me! Tuesday Timmy got to go see Up at the Grand theater at Pier Park with his Aunt Shell and niece Katie. I had an appt so Timmy got to spend time with them while I went to my appt.

I have found my hairdresser! She sent me a litter yesterday and I was on the phone ready to make an appt, which was today at 10:00. The place was great and kid friendly. They had a play area for the kids and a DVD player for the older kids. That was a good thing because Timmy was with me.

I just have to say wow he is growing up fast. He amazes me everyday with some of the things he says. He says right now he doesn't want to go to Elementary school but I know that he will change his mind after it really gets going. Right now he is home with me and loving it. I am trying to soak up every minute of it because it won't be like this for long (like the song). We have church tonight so I guess I'd better straighten up our house a little and put away some things.

Great week!

Well this is our official 1st week out of school. So far we have gone to the beach and went to mall and rode of of those ride toys you put money in. This morning I gave him the choice of playing in the balloons and riding the toys. So he picked riding the toys and then wanted to change his min and play in the balloons. I'm sure everyone in the mall thought I was a horrible mom letting my child cry like that but oh well! So we went home after 2 rides. He was pitiful.

I finished all my cleaning on Monday which was a great feeling. And yesterday we went to the beach and had a blast. Timmy found a friend or two to play with and I met a very nice lady and had a nice conversation with her. We will probably go to the beach one more time this week, I really enjoy it and the traffic flows so well with the new construction.

Oh! Timmy can ride his bike without training wheels. He is so cute when he gets made at his pedals, i just stay back and let him figure it out. Believe me, I want to run to him and help him up every time he falls down but I know I can't. But he is so proud!

Sad day

Well today was Timmy's last day at Little Lambs. I did okay, I got emotional after I dropped him off this morning, what can you say one of Darius Rutker's (sorry for the spelling) songs cam on the radio about "it won't be like this for long." I did my usual grocery shopping this morning and then headed back to Little lambs for Timmy's party. They were watching a movie, Madagascar 2. The party was fun. They had a good time playing afterwards. I am not going to lie deep down I was so sad. He has been going to Little Lambs for 4 years, since he was 2 and I am so comfortable there and he is too. I know for him I need to be strong and not be sad that he starts elementary school next year. I need to look at how long we have to do fun things before he starts back to his new school. This is the end of preschool and the beginning of 5 fun filled years at Lynn Haven Elementary. I am just having a pity party today so please bear with me....

WOW!

Wow! It has been a long time since my last blog...what have I been doing???Well, my computer was down last week for 4 days and I was totally lost. I used Terry's computer but it just wasn't the same. I guess I should have been glad that he has his own computer that I was able to use.

Thursday night Timmy had his graduation from Little Lambs, the real thing this year. I got very emotional Thursday morning when I was talking to him about it. Each age group sang a few songs and When Timmy came out in his cap and gown they asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up and he said a construction builder. He is a mess!

Timmy had closing ceremonies on Friday night for T-ball and got the cutest trophy. He was so excited! Saturday his coach had a pool party for the team and that was fun too! They swam and played on one of those fun water slides. Timmy can't swim yet but he put on a life jacket and got to jump off the diving board...he thought he was hot stuff. We were busy last week with his events it flew by.

My cousin and her husband and their baby in her tummy are staying in Sandestin, they are from Arkansas. I hope the weather is nice for them the rest of the week, today has been pretty cloudy, but at least no rain! I think she said she was going shopping today! Fun Fun!
Well, Timmy is still napping so I am going to watch some TV....talk to ya soon! :-)

What a beautiful day!

Well today was Timmy's last T-ball game for the year. He played really well. And I am not prejudice about him. They have a pretty quick season, it started the 2nd week in March and ended today so not very long. He seem okay, he thought that even though he wouldn't have any games he would still have practice, poor thing.

We had day yesterday, we went to the beach for a couple of hours. Timmy had a great time. He found a little girl to play with and they had fun. He always seem to find someone right off the bat to play with. We usually go to the State Park so of course their are little kids there. I'm really not sure where else to take him that is face from the waves. And then last night he got to go to the Mosley baseball game with his gramma, she was selling tickets. We went to the game after eating dinner with one of Terry's co-workers at Beef O' Brady's. I stayed though the 1st inning and then I was ready to go home so I did. I unloaded the dishwasher and folded some cloth. After that I watched 2 episodes of CSI:Miami, ones that I had not seen before. I guess I am going to watch HGTV or find a movie on TV, see ya next week...

Good weekend!

We had a great weekend. Thursday night we all went out to a really good restaurant in Gainesville.(I can't remember the name of it) but it was good! Friday morning we headed to the graduation which was good but long and worth it to hear Dr. Heather Tatum. Terry met us in the parking lot.

After the graduation we headed to Jacksonville to see Grandma Abbie and Grandpa Bobby Pitts. Timmy had a blast. They threw the ball to him and he played in the backyard. Oh! And the hot tub of course he got in that, the first day. Saturday morning we went to the mall and he played some more in the kiddy area. Saturday afternoon we headed to Tallahassee to watch the Seminoles play baseball. Before the game we ate at Gutheries, it was good! Not on my diet though! It was a good game but we left in the 5th inning and headed home around 7:45. It was nice to be home bu all in all we had a good weekend!

Thursday morning

Well we are all packed and ready for our trip. Timmy and I are riding with Grandpa Terry and Grandma Kim this morning and we are leaving at 10:00. Don't get me wrong I feel safe with Kim driving, totally. I am a little nervous with Terry coming down so early in the morning. He is going to leave around 4:00 in the am's so traffic shouldn't be too bad. I am excited about Heather's graduation, we are so proud of her accomplishment!

Well Timmy and I are running to the bank before we leave and maybe go by Publix for some hairspray. Everyone have a great day and weekend and I'll see ya next week!

It's Monday!

This has been a good day so far. I skipped my workout (not cool) so I would have time to run my errands before noon. I took Timmy to preschool and then headed to the bank to turn in some paperwork and make a few deposits. I had an appt with my dermatologist this morning. Which is just routine every three months. After that I ran to the dollar tree to pick up a few things.

We are leaving Thursday afternoon to drive to Gainesville for my sister-n-law's graduation. The actual graduation is on Friday morning, then we are headed to Jacksonville to stay the night with Terry's mom and step dad. So I am going to try and finish up my cleaning this afternoon and start packing tomorrow. I am always so afraid I am going to forget something. One time we went out of town for the night and I forgot Timmy's bag!! When Timmy wakes up from his nap I will put a movie in for him and finish up the cleaning.

It's Friday!

I know I blogged yesterday but I am going to blog again today. We had a fun day today. First I skipped out on the gym, we stayed up later than normal and I couldn't get moving this morning. We went to Gramma and Papa's and cleaned. Which we finished around 9:30 compared to 10:30 since I didn't go to the gym. Then we ran by the cleaners and then came home to put a load of laundry on to wash and after that we met a friend at the mall and the kids played in the balloons at the arcade. After that we ate lunch at Chick-fil-a and then the kids played some more in balloons and then we came home. Terry was home for the afternoon for some rest so him and Timmy are taking there naps!
Terry has a game tonight but me and Timmy sitting this one out. We went to his game last night and it was good, a rivalry game Bay vs. Mosley. Well I hope everyone has a great weekend and see ya next week....

Busy Day!

Today was a good day, I got a lot accomplished. This morning I went to the gym and then took Timmy to preschool. Then I went grocery shopping, by myself which always goes faster alone!
After that I showered and then went to the school Timmy will go to next year and turned in all the paperwork. And after that I went to get the oil changed in the Trailblazer.

After I picked up Timmy from preschool we went to see Nanny(terry's grandma) at Healthsouth. My sister-n-law Heather was there so we all visited until 1:00. After that we met her at Firehouse Subs for lunch, which was nice. So now we are relaxing at home and Timmy is watching a Star Wars DVD and I am doing some laundry. Terry has a game tonight so we are going to go to it. This will be his 3rd game this week and he has one tomorrow night too, out of town. Well I'll go for now, I need to fold some clothes!

Beautiful Day!

Good afternoon. It has been a beautiful day here in PC, the weather is great! I just finished shampooing our living room carpet, Whew! So now we have towels all around the floor in the living room until it drys!

Today has been a pretty productive day. I can't believe it but I went to the elementary school Timmy will be going to next year and got the packet to register him. I think when I finish filling the paper work and actually turn it in it will become real to me! He only has a month and a few days left at his preschool. Then I went to the Health Department and to his doctor to get some shot records. And then I headed to the bank to get his SS card to make a copy. Well I guess I'll go fro now, Timmy is watching Bolt and I think I am going to join him! Have a great day!

I usually blog more often...

I usually blog more often than I have this week. I went yesterday and got a pedicure which was so nice. The lotion on my legs and the hot towels are the best part for me! Wednesday I helped in Timmy's room for the morning project and then had my haircut. I love to get a haircut, the only thing I can think of is the pampering is fun!
Terry has a game tonight, it is the only one he has for this week so we are going to it. Then tomorrow we are helping/walking at the March of Dimes. It is a lot of fun I like to walk and Terry and Timmy help with the drinks and cooking hamburgers etc. The walk is almost 6 miles. But Timmy has a good time and he has been talking about it for a week! He's so excited. Timmy doesn't have a T-ball game this week. Well I guess that is all that is going on right now so I'll be back next week....

Happy Easter!

Its been a couple of days since I posted anything so I will attempt today! This morning we had Timmy's T-ball game and of coarse he had a great time at that. They are so cute all running around the bases. .We got a new camera and I still have to figure out how to get the pictures on the computer. I need patience for this.

It has been nice this week with Terry off or schedule was a little off but it was worth it for him to be home. He gets four weeks off a year and takes them one at a time which is nice. Terry had a game to umpire at noon and when he gets back we are headed to Grand Ridge to spend the night since we have a sunrise service @ 6:00, breakfast at 7:30 and another service at 9:00. We have a busy morning so it is easier to stay over night on Saturday than getting up at the crack of dawn to drive to Grand Ridge. And after the service is over we are headed to my parents house for Easter lunch. Well I'll go for now and let us all remember what Easter is truly about!!

Good Morning

Good morning! I usually post in the afternoon so this is different for me. I took a test on facebook to see if I was OCD and I was way "OCD". I didn't know that. I have really enjoyed facebook. It is nice to chat with old friends.
Today I am helping in Timmy's room for the first part of the morning. They are making Easter baskets with a gallon milk jug, this should be fun.
Yesterday I had an appt @ 10:00 at the beach and then I went out to Beach Scene to look for a swimsuit. They have hundreds of swimsuits and I didn't find one! I am going to look at Target, Sears and maybe JcPenney. I saw some cute ones at Kohls but they didn't have my size.
So after swimsuit looking Terry took Timmy and I to Beef O' Brady's for lunch and I had an awesome grilled chicken salad, it is so good. Terry had a game last night at Mosley so me and Timmy went and I froze. Timmy played the whole time and I wore long pants and socks to bed.
Well, I guess I'll go for now and finish getting ready to leave for preschool......

What a great Monday!

Good afternoon! Today has been a productive day. This morning I when to the gym and then took Timmy to preschool. After that I came home and showered! Whew! I got the bathrooms cleaned except the toilets, I keep forgetting to get Comet anyway. Timmy was out of pull ups so I went to Target and picked up pull ups and plastic eggs and candy for Timmy's class. I was trying to stay away from chocolate but I couldn't, so I got individually wrapped milky way bars. I just need to print out the Bible verse to go into the eggs. I will probably work on that tonight. And then I picked Timmy up from school @ 12:00. This afternoon I mopped! This was my wonderful Monday.
Oh and Terry is off today which is going to be nice! He has two night games to umpire which I am glad because he enjoys being at the ball park.
We are getting ready to look at new cameras ours broke this weekend. We are going to look at Best Buy. Well, I guess I will go for now.

I normally don't post anything on the weekend but I am making an exception this one. Terry is working on his sermon and watching the FSU vs Miami baseball game. Which I am not interested tonight. Today was an exciting day. Timmy had his T-ball game this morning. They played at 9:00 this morning instead of 10:30. Most of his games are the 10:30 time. After that everyone ate lunch and Terry and Timmy laid down for their naps early. I went to mom and dad's to get a skirt hemmed.
Terry had a wedding ceremony to perform @ 3:45 so we left at 2:30 to head that way. It was on the bay so it was nice. It ended up getting a little to cool for my taste. This is the last wedding for a while. Terry has had three weddings in three weeks so he is ready for a break.
Well, we are keeping my mom & dad's chihuahua this weekend. I tease and say we have weekend duty, no she is sweet. She sleeps with Timmy one night and with us the other night. Tonight she gets to sleep with Timmy. She is needing some attention and Timmy needs a snack! See ya soon.....

Today has been a gorgeous day, weather wise! This morning I took Timmy to Gramma's and then went to the gym. I am so blessed and thankful to my husband to getting me the membership. After that I went to Gramma's and started cleaning. She helped me a lot since she was home for Spring Break. Later on for lunch she cooked hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. Yum Yum

Timmy and I played ball in the backyard while they were cooking. He loves to play outside. He has a game tomorrow morning, it is his second game. He's pretty excited. We have the early game so I am pretty excited. Well I guess I'll go for now and hopefully I'll have some cute pictures from this weekend...

Nice Day

Well I finally have one bathroom clean. I don't know what is up with me this week. I guess because it is Spring Break and we aren't in our usual routine. I have one more bathroom and mopping to do.

Timmy went to Gramma's this morning while I went to the gym. I gets a great breakfast biscuits, bacon and sometimes grits too. How can you pass that up! He will most likely go there the rest of the week to hang out with Gramma. We don't have any big plans for this week. Going to the beach was one thing and we did that. If it is nice on Friday we may go again without getting in the water so much. I am not sure about the forecast. Timmy is napping right now. He skipped his nap on Monday and Tuesday so since we will get home from church later he for sure needed one today. this afternoon we ate lunch at CicCi's pizza with Gramma. Timmy loves that place. He usually eats a good bit of pizza. I guess I'll go for now, I think CSI:NY is on. See ya later....

WOW! What a day. This morning Timmy woke up coughing and had a low grade fever. I gave him Ibuprofen and he went back to sleep. He doesn't feel warm now but still has a cough. I'm gonna give a day more to see if he needs to go to the doctor. Yesterday he swam in FREEZING water at the beach and was out in the night air last night too.

Prissy went for her vet check this morning. They mentioned her night wetting could mean she has a bladder infection or if it is not that they can give her some medication to help. I am supposed to take her in one day next week or an urinalysis. I feel for the person that is going to get prissy to pee in a cup. She said sometimes they wet in the cage an them they use a cringe to get it up. She also needs her teeth cleaned, they are getting infected around the gum area. She did real well with the appt. Then as I was holding Prissy and trying to find my keys I dropped her! So I took her back in and they checked her out for that! Like two shots and blood work wasn't enough, poor Pris

I am not sure what we re going to do the rest of the week. Maybe I'll take Timmy to the mall and he can play in the balloon area in the arcade, he loves that! I need to be cleaning especially our bathrooms. Timmy is watching a cute movie called Bolt from Netflix. I'll update soon......

What a beautiful day!

Wow! The weather today has been gorgeous. Timmy and I headed toward the beach around 10:45. We went by Beach Scene looking for a black swimsuit but now after seeing some of them I may go with another color. I will have to go back when I am alone! We also went by Essentials Hair Salon to make an appt but the lady I needed to see isn't going to be there much longer so I got a cell number.

Then we went to the State Park. Timmy played in the COLD water most of the time we were there. There were a ton of kids at the beach. I guess we left around 1:30 and got there at 11:30. He kept commenting on the weather and how beautiful it was. Hopefully we will have more sunny days than they say we are going to have this week. I held off most of my cleaning for today, I will work on a little at a time so we can go do fun things for Spring Break. I hope everyone is having a great Monday :-)

Another rainy day!

This is just a yucky day, weather wise! We needed a little rain but not all day long. There were tornado warnings until 11:00. So we went to clean Mom & Dad's around 9:30 when the rain let up. After that we took something by the church(Lynn Haven Methodist) and then to the dry cleaners. Last we came home and it was lunch time. Timmy does not let you skip a meal!

This afternoon we are heading to Grand Ridge for a wedding rehearsal and dinner. Terry has a wedding @ 1:00 tomorrow. We are going to spend the night Sat night in Grand Ridge because we have breakfast Sunday morning @ 7:30 a.m. and we have at 9:00. So we have a busy weekend as usual. God is good to us and gives us the strength to do all things! Everyone have a nice weekend and see a next week....

Rainy day!

The rain has slowed down here but it is still steady. I hope it doesn't last as long as they say it is going too. Timmy has his second T-ball game on Saturday morning. He is already excited about it. Today has been good. I ran to the grocery stores this morning and then by the dry cleaners and after that off the Super Walmart. I think I am going to like the Super Walmart that is being built in Lynn Haven! It is so much roomier than our Walmart on 23rd. I get claustrophobic in the 23rd Street one. I picked Timmy up a new swimsuit and some play tops and bottoms. By the time I got out out of there it was 11:30 and Timmy gets picked up by 12:00 so I ran thru the drive thru at Chick-fil-a and got a sweet tea, yum, yum.
We've got to get our act together and go pick some strawberries, I promised Timmy we would do that this year! Tomorrow we are taking Prissy to get her shots, fun,fun. She just looks at me like what are they doing to me! It's so sad. Well I guess that is all for today. Talk to you soon...

Short and Sweet

This has been a productive fun day. This morning I worked out and then took Timmy to preschool. I copied Terry's sermons at the church then I went to get belts for our vacuum cleaner.
I know I just got a pedicure this past Sat. but I think when I fell I messed up the polish so I waited for 20 minutes and then needed to go get Timmy from school. So I went back after picking him up. Finally they are done! He did really well, he was promised to go to the beach with a friend of his and ours so he had incentive to be good! Then we came home and ate some lunch and now we are getting ready to go. we are going to Beach Drive instead of over the Hathaway bridge. I am not getting into my swimsuit but Timmy is. He said if the water was too cold he would build a hole like the one he played in when were in Destin. So this one is short and sweet....I hope everyone has a great afternoon!

Awesome Weekend!

This past weekend was great! We left around 2:00 for Destin, Terry took the day off. We arrived at our hotel around 3:15 which was awesome. The room was so nice! It had a couch, chair,desk and TV in one room and then a separate door to the beds (two double beds) and it had a fridge, microwave and a little sink at the bar area. They had an awesome free breakfast that Terry and Timmy truly enjoyed! I had some cantaloupe which was good.
Saturday morning Terry and Timmy went to the Bass Pro Shop to see the aquarium and an errand. While Lindsey(terry's sister) and I went and got pedicures. Then we went to eat lunch at Backyard Burger with Lindsey. Terry and Timmy took there naps and I went a visited with the bridal party getting there hair done and make-up and I worked on my Bible study for a little while.

The wedding was @ 6:00 so I headed that way around 5:30. Since the wedding was on the beach they had teal bags for us to put our shoes in (which was nice). After the wedding I was walking on the wooden bridge to head back to the hotel and on the last step I fell down. It hurt bad! It just bruised the top of my foot and my lower leg, no major injuries. It scared me more than anything.
So then the reception was awesome, I had 3 or 4 virgin madras's (spelling may be off) they are so good! The food was excellent and the dancing that went on was hilarious. It was a lot of fun, the whole weekend and I wish Ashley, Josh and Gage many blessings!

Yeah this week is almost over!

Good afternoon! See my cutie in his green shirt on St. Patrick's Day! Wow this week is flying by. But Yeah! Tomorrow is Friday. Today I ran my normal errands to the grocery stores and then I went a had a manicure from one of my sister-n-law's, Lindsey. She is in cosmetology school at Haney. I have had a pedicure and a manicure from her and she has done a great job.

Another sister-n-law, Ashley is getting married this Saturday and he is officiating the wedding. Which is pretty special for him. He had a total of six sisters. Wow I am blessed. God did not give me a sister but he gave me six of them through my marriage! So we are leaving tomorrow afternoon to go over to Destin (a mini vacation) I am trying to do most of my packing this afternoon and tonight so I'll be ready. Saturday morning me and two of Terry's sisters are getting pedicures. I am excited. The wedding is a beach wedding and it is at the hotel we are staying at too. Well I guess I need to get going and I'll let you know the details of the weekend next week....

Good Monday!

Good morning! Wow what a fun weekend. Friday night me and Timmy went to Terry's game. Of course he had a blast and after the game he got to go in the locker room with Terry and ride home with him. I think that is his favorite part.

Then on Saturday morning Bay Haven had there lottery and Timmy did not get in. That was a bummer but Lynn Haven is the school he is zoned for and it is a good one. Later that morning Timmy had his T-ball pictures and his 1st game. They were so cute. Four or five would tackle the ball when it was hit. Timmy sometimes wants to skip touching the base, he is hilarious. Saturday night Timmy spent the late afternoon and night with Gramma and Papa. Terry and I had a date at Outback which was delicious.

And Sunday we went to church and ate lunch at one of our friends in Grand Ridge. Which was also delicious. It was like a reunion, they had that much to eat.

So today is Monday and Timmy is still sleeping, he was up past his bedtime last night.I am getting my hair trimmed today and I did most of the cleaning yesterday afternoon and last night so I am ahead on that....have a great day!

Boy am I looking forward to this weekend. Today we went to the gym and then cleaned my Mom & Dad's. I am looking for a certain type of envelopes and they have them at Office Max but they are out right now. Waiting for anything is hard, they mentioned they may come in this weekend.
Today Terry and celebrate or 10th Anniversary (at the ball park, Ha) Just kidding. Timmy is spending the night with Gramma & Papa and we are going out to eat for our anniversary I hope we go to Outback, I just love there food.
Tonight Terry has a game at Mosley so we will go to that and Timmy has his 1st T-ball game tomorrow morning. He is so excited. I can't believe how big he has gotten. Of course we will have pictures from this weekend....

Beautiful Day!

This has been a beautiful day. Yesterday I spent all morning running errands (which I am not complaining) This morning I worked out which always starts the day out nice. I am so blessed to have a great husband. After taking Timmy to preschool, I came home and showered. I had a few errands to run today so I didn't help in his class. Timmy is napping now and this afternoon I will take Timmy to my mom & dad's and she will take him to T-ball practice. Terry and I will head to Grand Ridge for dinner and Bible study. So please say a prayer for travel mercies....

WOW!

Wow! Where have the days gone. This morning Terry preached his first full funeral today in Grand Ridge. We got home around 1:45. Terry had a game at Mosley, which it is always nice to go to since it is so close. So me and Timmy loaded up his ball bag and went to the game this past Friday night. We stayed through the 5th ining and got home just in time too watch Friday Night lights(we like that show) Saturday afternoon we had the RL Turner Baseball Carnival and were there until about 7:30. The announced the teams and they got to run the bases, they were so cute. He is so excited about T-ball and it's fun to see him so happy. Then Sunday we stayed in Grand Ridge through the viewing (for the furneal today) which was from 4-6. So we have had a busy weekend to say the least. Everything should get back to normal tomorrow! I hope everyone had a nice weekend and I'll check back in later on...

It's Monday!

Good afternoon! The pictures I added are Timmy's new cleats and him makes silly faces. This weekend was awesome at Hope for the Heart. The ladies from Grand Ridge had a blast so I was happy too! The speakers Babbie Mason and Donna Douglas were incredible.
Timmy had his first T-ball practice on Saturday, his Aunt Heather took him. I am so thankful for all my sister-n-law's but especially Heather for taking care of Timmy this past weekend. I was pretty bummed that I wasn't there for his first practice but that is okay and I won't be there for his second either. Friday night Aunt Heather took him to get his first pair of cleats and he picked out red ones. Yes I said red. So Saturday afternoon me and Timmy loaded up and went to Sports Authority to get some black cleats. We don't know the color of his uniforms yet so black goes with all colors. So Sunday was our usual up to Grand Ridge and then to Gramma's for lunch and naps. Well I'll go for now....

Wow! It's Friday

Good morning! Wow, Friday is already here. This week has gone by so fast. Yesterday I had lunch with an old friend and it was so nice to see her and find out what has been going on in her life. Today we are going to clean my mom & dad's house and then we are running by the church to do a few things for my mom. Lynn Haven Methodist has Hope for the Heart woman's weekend every year and it is this weekend. My mom is hosting two tables so everyone can sit together. We have 5 ladies from Shady Grove coming in today and staying the night and will go back home on Saturday when it is over around 2:30. I am really excited for them to get to experience a Hope for the Heart.
I am so blessed to have so many sister-n-laws to watch Timmy. Oh! This is usually right when baseball season starts and Terry has games tonight and 2 out of town tomorrow. My sister-n-law is watching Timmy both tonight and tomorrow. To top it off, he has his first T-ball practice tomorrow and I will miss it! Anywho, life will go on (as Terry says)and I can see the next one, right.
Well I need to start my day and get going so everyone have a great day.....

The weather has been beautiful today, it doesn't feel like winter that is for sure! Today starts Lent so it is my first day without any soft drinks or sweets but the soft drinks are going to be the hardest for me. It really is a good thing to do, give up something that I really enjoy. I worked out for a little while this morning not long enough. I helped in Timmy's room today. They had a tea party first thin and they were so cute. They had cookies and marshmallows and lemonade as there tea! They had everything set up in his teacher's room and the other 4 year old class came in when Timmy's class was done. They all acted so well. After that I ran to the bank and to Walgreens to pick up some pictures. Since I finally finished Timmy's baby book I am going to start on his other scrapbook starting when he was 3 years old and so on.....I am excited. I am getting all the pictures together in order by year. This one will be a little different, I plan on making it more of a collage on each page(or year).
Today Timmy didn't want to take his nap but I insisted since he will be up later tonight with church and all. Please say a prayer for me, I am helping to lead the Bible study tonight at church....

Lent

Good afternoon...It is nice to get back into my normal routine. Usually, I clean on Monday and Tuesday. I still have a few things to do. Our church, Shady Grove Methodist has started a Bible study a few weeks ago. It is a Beth Moore study called Beloved Disciple, the study on John. I have had to play catch-up because I got a little behind but it is very interesting. Especially right here at Lent(which is tomorrow). I have finally decided my two things that I am going to give up and they are sodas (Pepsi max I will miss so much) and sweets (candy and desserts). This will be really hard but I know I can do it especially if I pray every time I want one(Pepsi Max). I have 1/2 of one in the fridge for this afternoon and I am going to get a chocolate covered ice cream cone(my favorite) from Dairy Queen tonight as my farewell. I think the sodas are going to be harder than the sweets. Well I need to clean the floor and pick up around the house some.
Timmy had a good day at school today no timeouts and they are on the letter T how fun since his names start with T. Have a great afternoon....

Back home

This past weekend was a lot of fun. We got on the road around 6:30 Friday morning and arrived in Knoxville around 3:00. It wasn't as long as it sounded! Friday night we ran a few errands and then ate at a restaurant called Calhoun's, which was wonderful. You know I am all about eating! Saturday we had the wedding shower which was nice. Ashley(my sister-n-law) got some nice gifts and the shower was at Calhoun's, this one was on the river (they have a couple of locations) Then we went for Ashley's fitting for her wedding dress, which was beautiful! We also ran a couple of errands to Target for Timmy's toy (I promised him a surprise) and to Jo Ann's fabrics , etc. We were all pretty tired so we munched on chips and dip and then ordered pizza. And then we woke up Sunday morning to snow! How cool was that. I have attached a few pictures. It was a nice weekend and I really enjoyed spending time with my mother-n-law and sister-n-laws.......

Last night's Revival was great. One of our pastors at our old church was the speaker and he did a great job. Everyone was very welcoming and it was nice to see new faces from other churches. Terry is going back tonight but I am going to stay home and get packed for Knoxville and spend some time with Timmy. He doesn't want me to go. He got upset a few minutes ago but I told him I would bring him a surprise back and that helped! Today was good, I went grocery shopping and burned Terry's sermon Cd's. I also tanned for a few minutes, I couldn't stay still the whole time so I cut it short. Timmy is watching Batman again so I think I'll join him in the movie. Everyone have a nice weekend and I'll post more on Monday...

Good afternoon! Today is a much better day than yesterday. Last night Terry took me and Timmy to Beef O'Brady's for dinner since it was the last night for us to eat as a family until Monday night. Our revival at church is tonight, tomorrow night and Friday night. They are having a fun day on Saturday at he Pentecostal church in Shady Grove. Each night is at a different church and our night to host is tonight. Terry's sister Heather is watching Timmy tonight and she is taking him to the arcade in the mall. They have a balloon area that he can run around and around in, he loves it and she'll get him probably Chick-fil-a.
And Friday morning at 6:00 am I am going to Knoxville, TN with my mother-n-law and sister-n-law Kelsey. My sister-n-law Ashley is getting married in March and some of her friends are having her a wedding shower on Saturday. I am excited but also I little nervous leaving Terry and Timmy! Timmy keeps putting my suitcase back in the closet because to him I am not going.
Today I helped in Timmy's room, they are on the letter S so they have made snakes and today they made spiders. They were cute, they glued the eyes and the legs on. Kids and glue are hilarious! I also had my hair trimmed this afternoon, Whew Hew! It needed it. I am trying to do good with my eating and I made brownies for tonight and I had to eat some of the crumbs(yummy).

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hello! How was everyones Valentine's Day? Mine was good. I got a heart shaped pizza especially made by my husband and son, with my name cut out out with the pepperoni. It was so cute and good too. My husband was very creative when we were dating and he found a pizza place downtown that made me a heart shaped pizza. This one was better! Sunday we had a birthday dinner at my parents house for my niece, she turned 20 years old last week. We had a good time and we got to meet her new boyfriend!
Today has been good, I was really dreading today for some reason. I sometimes get like that on Sunday nights. Everyone goes back to work and things get busy with preschool, the gym, errands that need to be run. I know it is life but some days are harder than others. Today I took our printer to the shop, it is broke. The were real nice, I took it to Toner Tech. Timmy didn't take a nap today, I was in the middle of cleaning and then folding lots of laundry so tomorrow he is for sure taking one. What a beautiful day!

Yesterday was Timmy's Valentine party at his preschool. They had a good time with there chick-fil-a kid's meals and Little Debbie heart cakes! (they looked yummy). The bags they made for there Valentine's were cute too.
I went back to Verizon today(they are super nice) to get them to show me how to set up voicemail and how the get to the Menu. I am a dummy when it comes to new electronics. The phone is really nice I just have to learn how to use it! We also took something back to Best Buy and then we were off to Target. Timmy has been wanting a Bakugan. He received $2 in a Valentine card from our Aunt so we put that money together with the money already in his wallet and then added $4 in quarters and he had the money for the Bakugan! (he was so excited) He ended up getting a red one which is one of the mean ones (I didn't know that). He is excited.
Tonight we (Timmy & I) are going to see Marley & Me at the dollar theater. I am excited, I have heard that the last 20 minutes are sad. So we will see.....

Good Afternoon. This has been a great day! I worked out this morning, I had to cut it short since i help in Timmy's room on Wednesdays but it still was nice. I helped cut out heart for a project they made(which was adorable). Tomorrow they are decorating the bags for there Valentine's. They are also having Chick-fil-a and Valentine cakes (yum, yum). After school Timmy and I ran to Verizon to get my new phone. We are finally switching. Our phone number has been with Alltel since 1993 (for 16 years) so I was a little nervous. Since Verizon bought out Alltel all my calls to Alltel or Verizon customers are still considered mobile-to-mobile. So that is nice. The phone was my Valentine present from my hubby! He is so sweet not just because of the phone but he is a good man. I'll check in tomorrow with results from the party etc.

WOW! What a nice weekend. The weather was beautiful. The boys let me sleep until 8:30, I couldn't believe I slept that long, some of my meds make me sleepy. So by Saturday, my husband was ready to get out of the house, so we did. We ran to Kohl's, he needed some shoes and we went to see Gramma and PaPa. Gramma made pita bread pizza's for everyone.
Sunday we went to church and after we ate lunch with a couple that goes to Shady Grove Methodist. We had the best time. We had dumplings, peas, chicken, corn and chess squares for dessert!(yummy) Timmy got to ride on a tractor, go to the store and get crickets so we could go fishing, and he got to see cows! He had a blast I fished for a little while but didn't catch any fish. Terry caught two fish, they were brim.
Today was a good day especially for a Monday. (Mondays are usually hard for me with Terry going back to work and the school starts back) I went and worked out this morning, ran to the bank and then took Timmy to preschool. I finally got my eyebrows waxed and tanned. Plus I folded some clothes and washed some and cleaned both bathrooms. There is more to do but some can wait till tomorrow. I hope everyone has a nice afternoon and enjoy the beautiful weather!

This morning I worked out, my husband is home sick today so Timmy stayed at the house with him. He has that old cold/allergy problems. If he stays home from work then I KNOW he is sick! Timmy and I ran an errand to Walmart so we picked up some chicken noodle soup and a Gatorade for him.

When Timmy lays down for his nap, I need to run to the Christian bookstore and get a box of cards. I have a coupon I hope I get to use! (those are always great) and I may run by the gym one more time, when I weighed this morning I had gained a pound back (darn it). We don't have any special plans for this weekend, we'll probably go visit Gramma and Papa tomorrow and I need to run to Target (fun, fun).

Going good

Good afternoon! Yesterday was a good day. We went to the gym after I dropped Timmy off at preschool I finished up my cleaning. I just had a our bathroom to do and to vacuum. I didn't get to the vacuuming so that is a project for today.
I helped in Timmy's room this morning, they got to paint a picture any way they wanted, which of course of was fun for them. They are getting ready to make some Valentine projects tomorrow and next week. I love Valentine's day, I'm not sure why. I guess maybe because it is all about "LOVE" and that is a special feeling.

I can't believe how cold it has been today. I was pumping gas in the shade of course and I just about froze to death! We are not having church tonight due to the weather, it is colder in Grand Ridge than here. So we will start the new adult Bible study next week instead of this week. I was looking forward to the Bible study but totally understand why we had to cancel.

About our dog wetting, I have been picking up her water bowl around 7:00 and letting her out a few extra times before bedtime. We are also still putting towels down where she usually like to wet. So far it is working. I hope everyone has a nice afternoon!

This weekend

This weekend was a good one. Saturday my husband umpired his first game for the season. He enjoys umpiring so much and he has a good time. Our cousin got remarried on Saturday afternoon. It was a nice ceremony. Plus we got to see some of our family that we don't see everyday. Timmy didn't go, he had a virus Friday night and most of Saturday.
Sunday was good, when we got home from church my husband and Timmy took there nap. Sunday afternoon was fun, my dad was in Tampa so my mom came over and we had munchies and Terry cooked Brauts on the grill (spelling may be off). They were really good. About the Superbowl, I was pulling for the Cardinals but they didn't win. It was a good game though! I just have to say that I have a wonderful husband and he loves us so much and it shows! Timmy and I are truly blessed.

Good day

Today has been a good day. I worked out this morning and then showered and all that good stuff. timmy goes to Preschool at 9:00, they had pajama day so he got to wear his PJ's. They also watched a movie and had popcorn. He is such a little blessing. I had a doctor's appt today @ 9:40 which went well. This afternoon he is napping and after he wakes up we are going too make brownies to take to church tonight.
We have a missionary that the church supports speaking tonight and we are having a covered dish supper. I really enjoy Wed. nights. The drive is a pickle but when we get there it is great! Everyone are so nice to us. So please say a prayer for travel mercies. This one is short and sweet.

Fun Weekend and Monday

Good afternoon! Well Timmy and I did get to see Madagascar 2 Friday night, it was pretty funny. And of course we had popcorn at the movie theater! (Yum, Yum) Saturday Terry had a Field Clinic for his umpiring so we went to Gramma's house. Then we went to Sports Authority (Timmy and Terry's favorite place) and to Walmart. Terry got done early with the Field Clinic so we met him for lunch at Beef O' Brady's (one of our favorite places to eat). I did eat fried mushrooms and I drank sweet tea but I had a grilled chicken salad which was yummy!
On Sunday the drive to and from church was good. And after we got back to town we went to Gramma and Papa's like always. Mom usually cooks lunch and then we don't eat dinner. (or at least I don't) Usually Timmy eats at Kidzone on Sunday nights.

Today was a good day, I had a lot to do for me. I went to the bank before I took Timmy to school after that I ran home and took a shower, Then I went to Sam's for water and blank CD's for Terry's sermons. Next I went to Walmart for some paint brushes. Came home straightened up a little. It was a busy morning but well worth it!

Yeah! It's Friday

This afternoon we had a let down. I had promised Timmy all week that I would take him to see Madagascar 2 at the dollar theater. The newspaper said to log onto www.carmike.com for times etc. So of course I do that and the times were 1:05 and 4:05. So we show up at 12.55 and they are CLOSED. They start selling tickets at 6:30 and the movie starts at 7:05! So imagine telling a 5 year old that he can't watch the movie we have looked forward to see all week. We left the mall and I promised him we would come back tonight for the 7:05 movie! So I will let you know how it was tomorrow.

Before the movie disappointment I cleaned Mom and Dad's house and then went to workout. Oh also Timmy got a haircut. The lady that has been cutting it for past 6 months is no longer at the Lynn Haven Supercuts so, a new lady cut it this time. She was nice and did a great job too.

Oh! We tried the diapers on our Chihuahua last night and they wouldn't stay on!, She needed the XS. After the 4th try I gave up and just put towels down where she like to wet and picked up her water bowl.
